Our St Andrews Bay Lobsters are all caught within 20 miles of St Andrews by local family-owned boats.
The small inshore boats work a day shift, this limits the amount of time our lobsters are onboard. They are kept covered and seawater is pumped aboard to keep them cool and in perfect condition.
Once safely ashore our lobsters are rested for a couple of days in our seawater tanks. The water is filtered, chilled and UV sterilised to a quality far cleaner than in the wild. This purges our lobsters of wastes and ensures that they are kept out of water for a short a period as possible before delivery.
Local deliveries of live rested St Andrews Bay Lobsters in the KY16 and KY15 postcode areas using our own temperature-controlled transport. Both trade & retail customers are welcome.

Live rested St Andrews Bay Lobsters are humanely killed and immediately blast frozen. This process ensures maximum freshness. They are then packed in temperature controlled boxes for next working day delivery.
Live rested St Andrews Bay Lobsters are humanely killed and then boiled in lightly salted water. Cooled and dispatched the following day in temperature controlled packaging.
